The rooms were in great shape and the staff was nice and very welcoming! ! The breakfast was surprisingly delicious, with several good options that started my day well.

Housekeeping was inconsistent. my trash was not emptied during my stay, and cleanliness needed immediate attention. The elevator noise was an irritating distraction at night.

I was severely disappointed with the ongoing roofing work that woke us up countless times. Additionally, the breakfast staff seemed unprepared, lacking essential items like bowls and spoons, which certainly added to the frustration.

I almost considered giving this place a glowing review, but then I remembered getting locked out and the curt response about the discount that was never given. Oh, and the room curtains wouldn’t close, so I felt like I was sleeping under a street lamp! I expected some kind of upgrade, but clearly, that’s too much to ask.
